Stillwater: Coming Soon

Stillwater begins with a contradiction: water is never actually still. But look long enough, and a kind of stillness does appear - not motionlessness, but everything held at once, without needing to resolve. That paradox is the foundation of the exhibition. Stillwater is not a place but a posture - a way of seeing that emerges over time. This new collection is a continuation of the mercyscape series, which celebrates the idea that mercy can look and feel like light. Mercy here is not treated as an idea, but as something physical - as real and touchable as rain on skin, or a beam of light stretched gold across the water.
