Policy for Damaged or Lost Prints
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after delivery confirmation. If the item is damaged or lost, or if your order contains an incorrect item, let us know so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send an email at info@rachellekearns.com and we can help with a replacement or a refund. Please include photos of the damage to help us process your request.
Refunds
We will review the specifics of your request and endeavor to make your order right through a replacement for lost or damaged products, or mistakes on our part in fulfilling your order. If you prefer a refund, we offer that option. We will review your request and notify you once we’ve processed your request to let you know if it was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after the refund has been processed on our end. If your refund is taking longer than 3 weeks after receiving confirmation that we’ve processed your refund, please contact your credit card company about the refund.
