Shipping Policy
When will I receive my original artwork?
Like all good things, paintings need special care. Original paintings are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 weeks of purchase. If your piece needs more time in the studio, we will reach out directly to communicate a specific timeline.
Prints
Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation means we have added your order to our production schedule. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Duties & Taxes
Original paintings shipped to destinations outside of the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Rachelle Kearns Fine Art is not responsible for these charges, if they are applied, and are your responsibility as the customer.
Can artwork be shipped Internationally?
Yes! At checkout, as well as on your invoice, we will notify you of the shipping costs. Please note, for shipments outside the U.S.A., import and duty taxes may also apply and are the customer’s responsibility for payment. All sales are final.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us at info@rachellekearns.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
